About the Authoress

Warning: Author ahead!
Anything you say, insinuate, touch, hear, wear, think, laugh at, cry about, see, taste, read; anything you don't read, don't taste, don't see, don't touch, don't hear, don't say, don't insinuate, don't wear, don't think, don't laugh at, don't cry about; any expression, move, quirk, fear, love, pet, friend, enemy, family member, long lost distant relative from the Netherlands... (You get the picture)... May or may not be used in a novel, short story, or random scribbling at some point in the future without your permission or immediate knowledge.
In short...
Just be yourself. You're doomed anyways. 😉
(No...I'm not clever enough to think that up...I found it online somewhere...)

Welcome to my tiny corner of the blogging world!

Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Megan, or Megs, for short.
Here are some things you may want to know! ☺

I'm a born-again Christian
And I believe that the Bible is the pure unblemished Word of God.

I'm an Authoress

Four book published! Check out my "Published Works" to learn more.

I'm an Artist
Watercolor and Acrylic paints are my favorite mediums.
Beatrix Potter is my inspiration for watercolor. I love her illustrations for her adorable little stories; which I have enjoyed reading ever since I can remember.
And Bob Ross is my inspiration for Acrylics. Yes, I know he mostly uses Oil Paints...But his artwork is so amazing, so I try to follow his techniques; changing it up ever so slightly to make up the differences in the paint types.

I'm a Musician
I play a few different instruments; the piano, guitar, penny whistle, accordion, flute, and fiddle.

I hope to someday learn the cello, Irish flute, bodhràn, and bagpipes. (Though for some strange reason my family refuses to let me get bagpipes. I wonder why...) 😉

Do we have anything in common? Leave a comment and introduce yourself!
(I don't mind if we already are acquainted. A re-intro never hurts, eh? 😉)

God bless!

Megan

  1. I'm a farm girl too. And I play the guitar. Also a Christian. Sounds cool to work at national park place. I like history.
